By accessing and using ATok planner ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
ATok planner is a cloud-based project management platform designed specifically for UK construction companies. Our service includes:
- Project planning and scheduling tools
- Team collaboration features
- Document management and storage
- Progress tracking and reporting
- UK Building Regulations compliance tools
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your contact information remains current
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:

Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you upload to our Service. We will:
- Never sell or share your data with third parties without consent
- Maintain industry-standard security measures
- Comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws
- Provide data export tools upon request
- Delete your data upon account termination (subject to legal requirements)
7. Service Availability and Support
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide:
- Email support during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM GMT)
- Online documentation and help resources
- Regular software updates and security patches
- Advance notice of planned maintenance
8. Limitation of Liability
ATok planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ATok planner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
